Program Explanation

 Rookies is a music program designed for kids 6-7 years old with no previous musical experience.  Rookies  students have one 60 minute weekly group music lesson where they learn music  fundamentals like chords, rhythm, and song structure. Kids get to learn  and experiment with all the instruments we teach so they are then able to decide  which one they ultimately want to continue pursuing in Rookies Plus. 

Rookies Plus is for the older Rookies students who need a bit more. We keep them in their regular 60 minute weekly Rookies class, but then we add on a 30 minute private lesson on the instrument of their choice.  We keep them there until the teacher feels they are ready for Rock 101.

 This program is designed to teach beginner students, ages 8-11, the fundamentals of their instrument and how to play in a band or group setting. There are no musical prerequisites and complete beginners are encouraged to participate.

 This program is designed to expose students to real-life band rehearsal and stage experience. Students in this program will be in a themed show every season and casted to specific songs and song parts in order to prepare for a live, gig at a local venue.

 Designed for students who have given one of our programs a try and it was not a good fit or for special circumstances.
